(Fri 25 May 07) The revised Kia Picanto will make its public debut at the Barcelona Show next month.
The changes are mostly cosmetic - the bonnet, front wings, front and rear bumpers and light clusters have all been redesigned in an effort to give the Picanto a more "rounded" look. The bumpers also make the car 40mm longer. There's a new radiator grille, following styling conventions across the Kia range, and the roof spoiler is now full-width. The facelift also includes a choice of nine new exterior colours and five interior ones. Underneath all this, the Picanto is pretty much the same as it was before, except that power steering is now standard on all models, and the audio system is provided by Kia's owner Hyundai rather than an aftermarket supplier. |
