(Tue 13 Apr 10) The new Volvo S60 is available to order now and will officially go on sale in July at prices starting from £23,295.
The range includes three engines - 161bhp D3 and 202bhp D5 turbo diesels on front-wheel drive cars with manual gearboxes, plus the 300bhp T6 which gets Geartronic automatic transmission and four-wheel drive - and three trim levels. ES, not available with the T6 engine, includes 16" alloy wheels, textile upholstery, charcoal trim and what Volvo calls a Performance Sound Audio System. SE models come with 17" alloys, a High Performance Sound System, textile/vinyl upholstery, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, folding door mirrors with puddle lights, rain-sensing wipers, Bluetooth connectivity and Rear Park Assist, while SE Lux adds an electrically-adjustable driver's seat with memory function, leather upholstery, headlamp washers and cornering lights. SE and SE Lux models also have the option of a Premium Pack, which consists of leather upholstery, satellite navigation, DAB Digital Radio and a High Performance Multimedia Audio system. Among the diesels, prices range from £23,295 for the D3 ES to £31,045 for the D5 SE Lux Premium. The two T6 models are the SE Premium and SE Lux Premium at £35,695 and £36,745 respectively. |
